I keep my fees as accessible as I reasonably can while working sustainably as an independent practitioner. If you're unsure whether my fees are workable for you, please do get in touch — I'm happy to have an honest conversation about it.

Online sessions are charged at the same rate as face-to-face. I'll send you a secure link before each session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way — if you're unsure, just contact me and we can discuss it.

Initial phone call
I'll reply within [X] working days to arrange a brief call — a chance to check I'm the right fit before committing to an assessment.

Assessment & first session
We'll book your 90-minute assessment and go from there. There's no obligation from that first conversation.
INSURANCE & RECEIPTS
I am not currently a registered provider with insurance companies, but I can provide receipts that you may be able to submit for partial reimbursement — please check your policy. If you're unsure, feel free to ask.
