Face-to-Face Sessions
What to Expect from Your Therapy Sessions

I offer weekly, face-to-face sessions in a safe, contained and confidential space, where you can explore the difficulties you want to work on at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We will work together towards understanding and change in the direction of your values.

Your first session is an assessment and is slightly longer than a usual appointment, lasting around 90 minutes. This gives us time to talk about what has brought you to therapy now, what you have tried in the past, and what has and hasn’t felt helpful.

At the end of this assessment, I will share some initial thoughts and recommendations about what may be most helpful for you. After our meeting, I will summarise our conversation in a letter, which I will email to you.

Ongoing sessions are usually 50–55 minutes. Each person I work with is different, so the number of sessions can vary. My aim is to work with you only for as long as it feels helpful, and to support you to leave therapy with the understanding and skills you need to continue moving forward.

Acceptance & Commitment

ACT helps you stay focused on your values while holding difficult thoughts with care. By choosing action over avoidance, we work toward building a life that feels rich and truly meaningful.

Online Sessions
What to Expect from Your Online Therapy Sessions

I also offer weekly online sessions, so you can access support from a space that feels comfortable and convenient for you. Just like in-person work, my aim is to provide a safe, contained and confidential space where we can explore what you are going through at a pace that feels right for you.
